Department of Marathi:
रमेश फिरोदिया कला, विज्ञान व वाणिज्य महाविद्यालयाच्या मराठी विभागाची स्थापना 2002 मध्ये झाली. महाविद्यालयात आत्तापर्यंत अनेक तज्ञ प्राध्यापकांनी सेवा केली आहे. सध्या मराठी विभागांमध्ये प्रा. दत्तात्रय आसवले हे मराठी विभाग प्रमुख आहेत.त्यासोबत प्रा राजेंद्र हिंगे कार्यरत आहेत. प्रथम वर्ष ते तृतीय वर्षापर्यंत मराठीच्या एकूण आठ अभ्यास पत्रिकांचे अध्यापन केले जाते.
मराठी विभागाने राज्यस्तरीय चर्चासत्राचे यशस्वी आयोजन केले आहे. विभागातील विद्यार्थी आणि शिक्षक खेळीमेळीचे वातावरण आहे. विभागात विद्यार्थी संख्या समाधान कारक आहे. मराठी साहित्य या विषयामुळे साहित्यिक विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये ज्ञानक्षमता निर्माण होते. विद्यार्थ्यांची वैचारिक व सामाजिक जाणीव प्रगल्भ होते. महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोग व इतर स्पर्धा परीक्षा संदर्भात मराठी विषयाचे मार्गदर्शन केले जाते.
विभागात मराठी भाषा दिन ,मराठी भाषा संवर्धन पंधरवडा ,वाचन प्रेरणा दिन यानिमित्ताने निबंध लेखन, कवी संमेलन ,वकृत्व स्पर्धा, पुस्तक सादरीकरण, अभिवाचन ,शुद्धलेखन स्पर्धा, गीत गायन स्पर्धा ,विविध व्याख्याने असे विविध उपक्रम राबवले जातात. अक्षर शिवार या हस्तलिखिताचे प्रकाशन करण्यात आले. विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी अभ्यास सहली व क्षेत्रभेट आयोजित केली जाते.

Obtaining the Graduate degree in English language and literature is a not mean of Securing a good job merely, but a way of enlightening the characters. English literature is Hundreds of year old continuous of study in graduation. The department has been partaking in this nobel mission by catering to the thirsty hearts of the young learners with the spa from Helicon of the greats English authors .
Department of Geography:
The Geography department is always organized various activities and program for growth of our students. The education is not only limited to within classroom but also large scope to the observation and experience. The students learn in classroom regarding any geographical things they have to observe their own level it is needed to educational tour. Also it is a compulsory part of those students who taking geography as a special subject. The Main purpose of study tour is to provide practical and field experience to the students to gain practical knowledge of various geographic landforms. Apart from that department is committed to give quality and innovative knowledge to the student.
